Intellectual Onion

This quite scary because you don’t if the company you invest is an onion. Think about it most people invest with out prior knowledge on accountancy so they failed. For my advice please feel free to have accountant assistance before you invest.

On the other hand to avoid onion be sure that the company belongs to a mergers and acquisition. Merger and acquisition is one of the strategic plans done by the company. The company with merger and acquisition are most likely the successful company all over the world. Examples of it can be found in the companies in China.
